Rapid growth spurt at Pimbrook Software’s Waterford office
Managing Director, Stephanie Davies

Pimbrook Software, one of Ireland’s leading Sage Partners, has grown its staff numbers by 50% over the past twelve months, and is further proof of the growing strength of the SME sector in Ireland.

The company was formed early in 2017 following the merger of Pims Business Systems and Brook Software Solutions, who between them have over seventeen years of experience as accredited Sage Developers and Resellers.

Pimbrook services its client base of over 1,300 clients from offices in Dublin and Waterford, implementing and supporting a range of Sage Accounting Software and Payroll Software for its SME client base across Ireland.

The additional staffs have been recruited for the Waterford office in the areas of Customer Service, Front Line Support and Implementation. Commenting on the explosive growth of the company, Managing Director Stephanie Davies stated that “our rapid expansion over the past year is proof positive of the growing confidence within the business sector; and many of our own clients, in turn, have witnessed either volume or staff growth over the same period.”

“The SME sector continues to be driving force in the Irish economy, and our expansion is a direct response to growing confidence and investment on the part of small to medium enterprises, including a growing volume of exciting new start-ups.”

“The success of our business to date has been very much based on our commitment to exceptional customer care, and we pride ourselves on delivering award-winning service that is rooted in a deep understanding of Sage products, and in a level of personal commitment to our clients that is second to none.”

“We are confident the growth at Pimbrook will continue in the foreseeable future.”
