Sage 50 – Manage Access

From 18 June, only Sage accounts that have cloud-connection permission will be able to connect companies to our cloud services, such as Remote Data Access and Bank Feeds. 

To help you manage other users’ cloud-connection permissions, we’ve created the Manage Account Access portal. This gives you greater control over who in your business is able to connect your software to these features. 

We have also given the relevant permission to other users who have cloud-connected in the past via the Manager username. 

If you need to change who has permission, log in to the Manage Account Access portal using the email address that received this communication. 

What do I need to do?

As you have been assigned as the account owner user, you can now: 

  • Review who has permission to cloud-connect on your behalf in the Manage Account Access portal.
  • Assign someone else to be the owner.
  • Revoke users’ permission to cloud-connect
