Legislation

Full details can be found PRSI Contribution Rates and User Guide (SW14)

General Enhancements

  • Validate Payroll Data – flag when employees are approaching/reach 16 years of age and are on an incorrect PRSI set up.
  • Increase Audit storage for longer field values.

Install Improvements

  • Ensure Client and Server installs are matching to avoid calculation issues e.g. PRSI calculations
  • Improve Installer performance (WebView2)

The installer launches the WebView2 component installer every time you install Sage Payroll, even though WebView2 is already installed. This can cause delays and even failed installs on other occasions which means wasted time waiting on the install to complete. The installer is now modified to follow the recommended registry check to skip calling the WebView2 installer if it is already installed.

  • Update to latest version of NSC_List_SEPA.xml

When entering bank details (Sort code and account number) I want Sage Payroll to automatically correct them to the appropriate IBAN & BIC so that I can easily pay my employees using SEPA bank files

Bug Fixes

  • If PAYE and USC Exclusion Order is for the full tax year Pay for Income Tax and Pay for USC on the PSR should be zero.
  • Renaming payroll does not break the RosData.db or OnlineServices_SPIRL.db
  • Checking for existing submission – ‘Next’ button available.
  • Cancelling correction submissions can lead to duplicate submission logs.
