Stephanie Davies the Managing Director of Pimbrook Software tells Julie Smyth of WLR about the rapid growth spurt at Pimbrook Software’s Waterford office and what the new PAYE modernisation changes mean for employers and employees alike.
Waterford-based Pimbrook Software, one of Ireland’s leading Sage Partners, has been selected as the Sage Partner Of The Year for 2018. Pimbrook was previously voted the Sage 50 Partner of the Year for 2015, 2016 and 2017, but this current accolade is of much greater significance as the winner was selected from all Sage Partners, regardless of their specialised product.
Speaking of the win, Managing Director Stephanie Davies commented that: “We’ve invested heavily in staff recruitment over the past 18 months or so, and have also invested in extensive staff training. The outcome from both of these is that our levels of service have improved beyond recognition, and this is reflected in both customer satisfaction and new business wins.”
“We were particularly gratified to win the accolade of Sage Business Partner of the Year as we were competing against much bigger partners. I think this says much about our engagement with our clients and the value we add to our offering – anything from free webinars to a dedicated offsite team who are devoted to solving more complex client issues in a timely manner.”
Responding on behalf of Sage Ireland, Managing Director Barry Murphy commented that: “They are genuinely passionate about their customers. They are also very strong on innovation, with a technical nous that allows them to satisfy the needs of tomorrow as well as today.”
“In making our selection, we were very much influenced by the fact that they have geared up significantly with a range of specialists who really know their subject matter inside out and have a very deep understanding of Sage products.”
The company is particularly focused on Sage 50 and Sage Payroll software. According to Davies, “Pimbrook’s goal is to consistently deliver premium customer service, fast turnaround, strict adherence to deadlines – while offering exceptional value for money.”
Pimbrook services its client base of over 1,300 clients from offices in Dublin and Waterford, implementing and supporting a range of Sage Accounting and Sage Payroll Solutions for its SME client base throughout Ireland and has an extensive and extremely talented Sage 50 and Sage Payroll support team on hand to answer any client’s query.
