We have two very important Sage 50cloud updates to share with you at this time.

1. Critical Software Update Announcement from Sage

Sage have announced that they will be “making some essential security updates to Sage 50cloud Accounts in the Spring 2022 which means anyone running version 26.2 or below will not be able to use their software beyond this time“.

So it is critical that you update to a later version of Sage 50cloud (we advise going to the latest version i.e. 28 at time of writing, see item 2 below).

You can find what version of Sage 50cloud you are running by clicking Help – About  from within the software. If you are on version 26.2 or lower please contact us as soon as possible to book your upgrade.

See here for the Sage announcement -> Sage Critical Software Update

2. Sage 50cloud Version 28 is now tested and available from Pimbrook.

Sage released their latest update for Sage 50cloud – version 28 at the end of last year. We have now tested this fully ourselves and are installing it on all newly implemented client sites and offering updates to existing clients. Please contact our support team to book your upgrade (note our Premium Support covers this upgrade free of charge).

Details of what is in this upgrade an be found in our article here -> Sage 50 Version 28 Features
